What you receive

Nutrition coaching

Nutrition is the foundation of our training. We will focus on providing you with the nutrition information you need to be successful.

You will be given:

1. Body composition measurements (InBody scale)

2. A daily calorie goal to meet your fitness goals (cut or bulk)

3. Macro nutrient goals (protein, carbs, fats)

4. Approved foods list

5. Monthly check in and calorie adjustments

Fitness

With our nutrition dialed in, now comes the fun part...exercise! Exercise is allowing our body to see what it is capable of doing. Our group fitness classes (CrossFit, HIIT, and YOGA) take the guess work out of the equation. A coach will lead you through the experience. While our 24:7 gym will allow you to exercise at any time of the day. 

You will be given:

1. 12x monthly group fitness classes

2. Unlimited access to the TriFit 24:7 gym

3. 7 days of fitness programming through the TriFit app
